It offers great location. On-site restaurant Tully's Coffee was a bonus, had dinner there.

The bed was super and location was marvellous. We were there for nightlife and this hotel was just what we needed. It is near thermae yu...
-
direct subway station, freshly cooked delicious lunch package provider right across the street, not far from Kabuckicho, very nice staff
very small room for two persons. Room is located directly on the main street and is therefore very loud! I think there's also a police or ambulance station nearby because every minute a siren was heard
-
Great location, very nice staff.
The room was a bit cramped and the pillows were really hard.
-
Excellent location, practically next to a subway station. The station is also within walking distance.
The rooms have a relatively manageable size, there is no wardrobe, so that one has to live out of a suitcase. It is therefore better to travel with "small luggage". Breakfast is served in a café right next door, but the choice of coupons is a little sparse.
-
The bathroom is very very small.

Great hotel at a great price. Room was small, but very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were also able to leave our luggage until we left Tokyo.
-
The subway is really under the hotel, 20 minutes by walk to shinjuku, good position.
Sheets were Soiled by blood, internet doesn't work by cable and wifi too (too many users they said)
-
Excellent location right next to the metro station entrance, restaurants just up the road and a cafe just downstairs. 24 hr convenience store next door. Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff.
The rooms are small and would present a challenge for anybody with lots of luggage, that said it is an ideal for a base to sleep and wash then go out and explore the city.
-
its location is very good for shopping. Also the room is very clean and organized. The hotel location is very easy to reach.
Just the price was a bet high, I think I could have got a better price if I booked early.

Location was good.
Lifted the bed when i was going to check out and it was DIRTY i mean really dirty, i almost puked when i reliezed i was sleeping over so much dirt.
-
Good service, friendly staff, easy to find and reasonable size room for the price.
Travel by foot from Shinjuku station a little far, but Ok.
-
Very small room - but if you can accept that fact - I could really recommend this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Refrigerator in room. Free internet in lobby. Good location - few meters from Higashi Shinjuku subway station Exit A1 - easy to find - see maps in subway station.

Very close to nearby Tokyo Cities. Very Friendly Poliet Staffs. Will recommend anyone who plans to stay in Tokyo.
